Construction Design & Management
Our CDM course is a one day course that features face-to-face teaching from a construction professional and will be workshop and discussion facilitated.
The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 – also known as CDM 2007 or CDM Regulations – define the legal duties of management on construction sites in order to ensure safety. The regulations outline the health and safety responsibilities for everyone controlling site work and ensure that working conditions are adequately checked before work begins in order to ensure consistent levels of health and safety are met.
Not acknowledging the CDM regulations can result in a much higher risk of dangerous or fatal risks occurring while work is carried out and therefore it is paramount that all relevant individuals receive adequate training in order to ensure that risks are addressed and all members of management remain compliant with the CDM Regulations.
Our CDM course covers:
- Changes to regulations for 2015
- An overview of CDM regulations 2007 and associated changes
- Key duty holder responsibilities and changed from new regulations

- Pre-construction information
